Very easy and simple, sat down in a meeting with other candidates at the same time. All of which were hired. Basically just took turns talking about ourselves and previous work experience.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
