Behavioral interview. Use the star method. At least 9 questions. Always provide a result. Panel interview. Multiple interviews. Answers should be shaped around retail experience. Interviewed with the store manager and a shift Manager. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. Asked about previous experience. Asked why I wanted the job. The experience was stressful, but successful. It is very competitive.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company
