After a really easy online assessment, I received a call from HR then get rejection letter. I felt like they prefer candidates without needing of sponsorship. The entire process took about 2 months.

Round two Teams interview with a senior DS. The second rank contain two 30 mins part. First part is to review my hackerrank results and ask some technical questions. Second part is for some behavioral questions.
