I applied through university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Applied through my university portal. Had a phone case interview. It was not my best performance by I still received a second round. Was flown to Boston on their dime. It was an entire morning of 3 interviews. A Case (not difficult, they give you an excel and ask you to find some information. Give you 30minutes on your own to work on it and then the interviewer comes back to hear your findings.) a behavioral interview, the questions were definitely more challenging that I am used to because they are very specific to the role. A 'case' I don't remember what it was called. This one was also challenging because it asked me to create a metric for something and I wasn't prepared for it.
