They asked me to do 3 different phone interviews over a period of a month, this was a lot of fun finding time off from my current job, would have been nice if they were organized enough to all sit down and do it at once. There wasn't much communication after interviews and confusing about who the recruiter was with several emails from different people. Unprofessional, could hear kids in the background and what sounded like potato chips, fairly bad attitudes too but this was for a position in NY so its to be somewhat expected due to the culture/environment. From beginning to end it took about two months and I wasn't offered the job. The salary was really really low anyway and they obviously change job titles so they can pay you less, this was for a medical illustrator position but they call it an "associate graphic editor"...the salary was basically what someone at McDonalds probably makes in that area of the city.
