I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process, while lengthy, was fairly straightforward. I applied off a referral in late February and didn't hear anything. A few weeks later, the person I applied off a referral from reached out and asked me to re-send my resume. A few days after that, I received an email from a recruiter. I had a 15-min. informal call to talk about the interview process and scheduling the interviews. Once this call happened, the process sped up and everything happened quickly. I had two 45-minute group interviews with people in the office I applied to. A few days later, I completed a 90 minute work assignment through a recruiter, who also informed me other interviews were still being conducted and it could take up to two weeks to hear anything.
When I was offered the position, the recruiter emailed and asked if we could hop on the phone for some good news. Once I received my formal, written offer the next day, I had about 3 business days to accept or decline. The pay is non-negotiable at this level, but the timeline is somewhat negotiable depending on your school obligations, etc. Remote positions aren't preferred but are still considered, depending on your talent and how you do in the interviews (which are mostly personality-based).
1 hour interview with multiple members of the team. At the end they shared they would follow up. I did not hear back so I followed up and never got a response.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone conversation with the recruiter and then an zoom interview with a couple of people in management. It went pretty decently, but I could tell pretty early on that they weren't interested in my candidacy.
