They conducted a phone interview and then an in-person interview. My interview also had a presentation component. I met with both the Associate Director and Director as well. We also had an open meeting for the other admissions counselors to ask me questions

It’s usually short, maybe 20-30 minutes, where they’ll ask questions about your previous jobs, how you handle certain tasks, and why you want to work there. Sometimes they might ask about your availability or how well you work with others. If everything goes well, they may offer you the job on the spot or call you back soon after.
