very easy and relaxed. i heard back on an offer shortly after and started working quickly. employers were easygoing and work environment was overall welcoming. i would recommend just putting yourself out there and asking around for people hiring.

They conducted a phone interview and then an in-person interview. My interview also had a presentation component. I met with both the Associate Director and Director as well. We also had an open meeting for the other admissions counselors to ask me questions
