    Disappointingly unprofessional for a very senior organisational hire, with PnL responsibility. Ghosted by HR after ‘urgently’ completing a 40min personality screen, provided by Gallup. I’ve completed Gallup strength finder tests before, so no surprises there. But potentially brand damaging to treat senior hires in such a way. People have long memories.

    It is group interview. First, the manager in charge gave presentation about the general information of the company and its business which lasted about 20 minutes. Then it would come to the individual interview process. A very young guy interviewed me. First it was a role play for answering telephone enquiries. The guy was a customer and I was the consultant. After that, He asked me several interview questions.

    Got a job offer from agency, explained the job roles and offered to attend for 1 on 1 interview then attend normal interview with 2 of the hiring manager where they ask standard questions. The interview lasted about 30 - 40 minutes. Then after few days. I got a call from the recruitment agency that I was selected and will Start on the following Monday.
