Phone interview. HR to ask about your background and CV. 2ND interview with department manager and regional manager. Asking how to look at financials and how to deal with conflicts at work.

Two interviews. Locked in pretty quick. Generic questions. Only downside was that one of the interviewers didn’t seem to know how to really ask questions and kept asking very specific, somewhat irrelevant things

Interviewed with VP and President. Very solid but ordinary questions. Friendly interview with both. Took a long time to get offer, almost three months. Pay was good but average. Best chance for raise is promotion.

The interview process was standard. Overall the hiring procedure was a disaster - HR applied emotional abuse tactics, the most unprofessional and toxic I have ever seen in my life.

There is a big focus on behavioural type questions during the interview. It's to get an understanding of how you would react to customers that would have difficult enquiries that are out of the norm. Also would have a quick mock role-play to get an understanding of your customer service skills.

Simple - group interview and the 1:1. They make you do some Lego group the building exercise. It’s okay. About 3 interviewers. Also makes you do a demo call on how to help the customer.

Quite easy going, they asked behavioural questions regarding how you’d react in certain situations. The interview went for about 30 minutes and was less intimidating than I expected. I had two people interview me.

The interview process was a video interview where you have question prompts on your screen and you would have some time to read and think about your answer before being able to record it.

Normal graduate process with testing, video interview, assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted of a group activity, individual activity and a final interview. The interview was mainly behavioural focused and there is also time for questions at the end. Do research and prep rare questions beforehand
