I applied directly and had a call with a recruiter. Friendly processes, but they declined, stating I am overqualified. They also said they have a retention problem and are afraid to hire good candidates because many leave as soon as they get another position :( Still, they would keep the position open for months instead of hiring a potential candidate who loves their products and offerings as a whole. Disappointed :(
