Had to take the assessment test twice. Got the offer only after I read some tips from Reddit. Which is ridiculous, cause almost anyone is overqualified for this job. But once I got the offer, my experience was positive.

The interview was supposed to be in person but do to the pandemic that we are in, the interview was via zoom. The interview itself was not very difficult and consisted of basic interview questions.

Very calm environment and they were friendly with me the whole time. I discussed my past job in high school working for a grocery store and including what I learned and can use if I get the job at Whole Foods. They didn't press me on anything and it was for the most part a pretty easy interview.

After applying on the company website, I was contacted via cell phone by a manager. We spoke about my interest in the company, why Whole Foods, what I know about the company, and my experiences with other employers. Once the call was coming to an end, we discussed setting up an in-person interview. There, they asked me typical interview questions.

Short and straightforward interview process mainly focused on organizational skills as well as conflict resolution. It helps to be prepared and consider how a department could be streamlined in one way or another.

Good! Interviewer was very good. Open feedback loop. Overall good experience until the end of the interview. Walked out confident about the position. Position pays well and I'm not sure what else to say.

Applied then received an email with multiple questions to answer. Then called in for an interview maybe in a few days. It wasn’t too hard, just make sure you know about the company and what they do.

The process for both internal & external applicants took over a month. It had an online recorded interview with both written & verbal responses. Additionally, there was a long written essay response. The interview itself was extensive with very little feedback given (even to an internal applicant) as to why they weren't selected. It felt like a free grab for my ideas with no compensation.

Challenging due diligence process but worth it.Panel interview , very detailed process. Overall pleasant and fair. I learned a lot and can apply this knowledge elsewhere . I did end up being offered the position

I applied and within 5 days I had an interview that was short and to the point. Asked about customer service - great hiring process, did not waste my time.
