Why are you interested in moving back to New York from Malaysia, and who will be taking over your position in your company overseas

2 Reasons: 1- On the personal side, both my children are now studying in Canada 2- No plans for future development for my company in Asia, and I already have an operating partner / Executive Chef, who will act act the new Managing Director, and a new Director of Operations is being trained to take over my current position.
