The interview process was easy and laid back.
This was my second unsuccessful interview at WilmU. I am a graduate from the very program that was to prepare you for this position. In other words, they would not hire one of their own graduates for a position they trained the interviewee for. Go figure . . .

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. The initial interview was over Zoom and I was able to meet with senior team members. After, I was asked to complete a brief task that aligned with my job requirements for the team to review. The task was brief and I saw the value in completing this as part of the process. After the hiring team’s review, I was contacted and offered the position.
