There were two interviews, both very simple and straightforward. They want to see if you’re a good fit not only in the role, but as a part of the team. They all seem very friendly with each other.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Windcave (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Basic interview, followed by a 5th grade level exam of "which of these numbers are different?" A long and drawn out process. Very unprofessional top to bottom. There seems to be no structure to this process. A very "fly by the seat of your pants" approach here. The interview was a huge turn off right away.

Question 1
All general: "Tell me about your last job." "What are some of your weaknesses?" "Why do you want to work here?"
