they covered all the basics and asked about prior experience, overall it was good experience 1st Round - Basic Questions and experience prior 2nd Round- Advanced questions on the technology 3rd Round - HR/Manger

Over all interview process was easy mod level. Selected got offer. Worked 2 year and left the organization. Good workplace to work. Worked for BPS DOMAIN3 letter moved to WIT. Overall good exp.

- Basic resume based questions and general awareness
4 years gap for them to offer different band. If it is little over 3 years HR can go for exception depends kn requirement. Less than that, same salary and same band will be offered.

If you got 40.. 50% hike yes. if 30% I will think again. Anything less I won't suggest. And also it will depend a lot on project

The first round was an aptitude round. The second round was the HR round. The interview round was not that tough..but had like atleast 10 questions and that too most common ones.

First aptitude test is there, after shortlisting aptitude round their is interviwe process where basic oops concepts and fundamentals of IT questions were there. if you fail in inteview than there is 3 chance to clear that interview but it take months to complete the selection process and joining the company

Hey guys,I am 2.3 years experienced data engineer currently working in wipro. Currently, I am on bench for the past 1 month and my LOP is gonna start in a week. My current CTC is 6.8 Ipa and I am offered 8 Ipa fixed+10% variable pay in gen digital company. They are not ready to provide salary higher than this. lam confused whether I can take this offer or not. I also told them that my notice period will be 30 days(negotiate with management as I am on bench). So I don't have time too.
You have a lot of time, don't go by low ball offer from HR, what expected CTC you have asked? For 2+, 8 is a typical CTC, but as per data engineer market try better, first you have to ask as you are worth it. You are already getting almost 7, you should ask 14(100%) minimum, max 21(200%) you can ask. But, companies has their own range, so you will end up around 14 easily. Know that HR will tell anything to minimize the offer, that's their work. But, you need to be strict and if not move on, find better offer. Good luck.

First round is technical interview and second and find round was HR discussion Salary and all discussion. As I had experience in mainframe so then in first rund of technical interview questions was discussed from mainframe.
- My program has an array defined to have 10 items. Due to a bug, I find that even if the program access the 11th itemin this array, the program does not abend, what is wrong with it?

It was very smooth ,the interviewer just tested my basic python skills and communication skills by giving different scenarios. She also explained the working and culture in wipro. I was offered the project engineer role and the process overall was very smooth
