I interviewed at Woodbridge International (Cape Town)
Interview
They had us go through several interview rounds, several hours-long exercises, only to not even have the courtesy of sending a rejection email, nor a phone call. Poor professionalism, and a waste of time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Woodbridge International (Bridgeport, CT) in Jan 2024
Interview
During the recruitment process, I went through a rigorous screening process that included two rounds of interviews and an assessment. The first interview was conducted by the team lead and head of the department, where they asked me about my previous work experiences and qualifications. I was then given an assessment test to evaluate my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Finally, once I completed the assessment, I made it to the second interview, I had the opportunity to meet with one of the partners, who asked me more in-depth questions about my skills and how I could contribute to the company and the team culture. Overall, the interview process was quite thorough, and it gave me a good idea of what the company was looking for in a candidate.
