Applied online through monster.com. Was contacted by a recruiter after about two weeks. Had about an hour conversation about the position and the company. Set up a face to face interview with the sales / operations manager. Very laid back interview. Asked my about my background and then the rest of the interview was me asking various questions about the company and the position. Two days later, was contacted again by the recruiter to set up a phone interview with the Regional Vice President for two days later. The phone interview was originally scheduled for the morning, but an two hours before it was supposed to take place, he contacted me to push it back a half an hour. Then ten minutes before the new time, he texted to reschedule it to that evening. Then 30 minutes before that time, he had to postpone it again. An hour later, we were talking about scheduling for the next day and he decided to just call me and do it then. The conversation lasted about an hour. He was very friendly and laid back. Had a broad, yet in depth conversation about my work history, personality, motivation, and career goals. At the conclusion of the call, I was told to expect a call back in a day or two. The recruiter contacted me back a day and a half later to give me the offer.
