First, you have to join a one month training program. During the training period, one-on-one talks will be held. You will be asked about your educational background and experience, but the biggest factor is the assessment during training
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xeratec Corporation (Hancock, MI) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interesting and brief in-person interview. Found out the company is run by the father and employs informally trained family in management positions. Communication was extremely poor, perhaps this is why. I sense that this would translate into a difficult working environment.
The interview was brief and wasn't very technical. No return communication felt pretty disrespectful, especially for someone considering moving a family into the area.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Xeratec Corporation in Dec 2015
Interview
It started with a phone interview with the technical recruiter, they pretty much just asked about my experience I had on my resume. Then the next day I had an interview with the operations manager where they asked for more details about my experience. Then I was brought in for a in-person interview with a few of the developers. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks and when I didn't hear back in those 2 weeks I sent an email and received word that I would hear something by the end of that week, than after that, no response to any of my emails. I probably sent 4 where the response was give us more time, than after that I received no response from any of my emails
