Xometry Content Manager interview questions

I had three interviews: One with a very enthusiastic HR person who made it seem like a sure thing; the next was with a very kind and congenial person who would have been my manager; the last was with the decision maker who oversaw the department. HR led me to believe that the final interview was a formality; I didn't do anything weird, but I guess he didn't like me. The ridiculous thing is after giving them about 3-4 hours of my time and all this talk about moving forward: they ghosted me. For all I know they might randomly call me back and make me an offer or something, but there's no way I'd take it. It's extremely rude.
