I got a phone call from the Technical recruiter for the initial interview. It went well and he told me that he will send me an online coding assignment. He asked me about the time I want him to send the coding assignment over because it has time limit. I sent him an email right after the interview about it, and I didn't hear back from him after one week. He responded back one week later and then he asked me again about the time I want him to send him the coding challenge. I immediately responded back to him about the time, but I didn't get any emails back after that. He's very unprofessional. What kind of recruiter is this? If you have no interested in hiring people in the first place, then he should have just sent out a decline letter rather than make people wait like this. I'm sure other people had the same experience. Don't apply job here! Don't waste your time with them.

Very straightforward process. Initial phone conversation followed by in person. Not dragged out. Very difficult technical interview. You are basically grilled for two straight hours in every way you could think of. I was offered the position at a laughable salary on the spot and declined.
