I have received a 5 mins call. The lady was asking me if I am still interested in the position and she invited me for a test. I did asked details over and she briefed me in less than 30 seconds. I have arrived to the specified address the both interview meeting room and tests were not ready. After showing me the pdf and excel documents she left the room. I have finalized the tests and after 2 h I left the office. The HR didn’t come to see me nor giving me more details over the next steps. Before submitting a test to the candidate I would recommend a discussion for a better understanding of the position in order to avoid misunderstandings. As well HR should give to the candidate details over be t steps, when feedback will be received, saying thank you/goodbye to candidate and not leaving him to just leave the building on its own.
