I attended the campus recruitment process for an internship role at Yuniq. The selection process started with a Group Discussion round. The GD mainly focused on evaluating candidates' communication skills, fluency in English, confidence, and ability to express ideas clearly in a group setting.
The discussion was conducted professionally, and all candidates were given an opportunity to participate. The topic was straightforward, and the emphasis seemed to be more on communication and engagement rather than technical knowledge.
Unfortunately, I was not shortlisted for the next round and was eliminated after the GD. Although I did not progress further, the experience helped me understand the importance of fluency, confidence, and active participation during group discussions.
Advice for future candidates: Focus on speaking clearly, contributing multiple times during the discussion, and confidently presenting your points rather than worrying only about technical preparation.
Result: Rejected after GD Round.
Overall Experience: Neutral.
