      The interview process for Zapier is extensive, and they tell you up front that they only hire roughly 2% of applicants. The communication received through the hiring process is timely and I never felt that I was waiting for a long time to receive updates on my application status. I will say that I was incredibly qualified, and wanted to work for Zapier, but I was eliminated very early on for the position. That was disappointing, because I never heard back what the cause of the elimination. I would have appreciated that feedback to improve my chances in the future for other roles and perhaps improve how I present myself for other roles going forward.

      The questions asked by Zapier are different for each position. They do ask questions that pertain to your personality as well, to gauge how you would handle an upset customer, or team member conflict resolution.

      It was really good. they really wanted to keep you updated. they asked few question which required you to familiar with their services before i could answer them. Question included from the roles of a manager to why i would want to join their company.
