I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zara (Sydney)
Interview
I applied online through seek.com.au and was contacted by Zara's HR a week later. She called me and asked a few questions. This included "Why were you motivated to work for Zara?", "What are your salary expectations?" and "When is your availability?". She then set me up for an interview the next day. It was held in Zara's headquarters in Sydney.
The interview was based on your experience with customer service. I had studied a lot about Zara thinking that I would be asked about the company but I didn't. They want to know a lot about you to gather your characteristics and figure out which department you would best suit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (Melbourne) in Aug 2019
Interview
Started with a phone interview reviewing my experiences, why Zara and what I hope to gain from it. Invited to a group Interview with 6 people including myself. Very interaction based and focused on how you work in a group. Group activates consisting of: talking to the person next to you and using information you've gathered about them to then use to sell them, scenarios given to act out in a group. Questions asked about experience in previous roles, mainly focusing on customer service and how you handle situations.
The main thing I figured you should do is to stand out and make sure you're not quiet. Make sure you add your inputs and be bright and friendly.
