I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Interview with HR over the phone. There's several HR members that would contact me. They seem to be disorganize with their process and not detail enough when contacting potential candidates. HR then sets up a coffee interview with the hiring manager. That part was relax at ease environment so he/she can get to know the candidate. Then next would be to have an in person interview with 3 others plus the hiring manager again. The questions asked were not specific so there could be a large number of possible answers and some scenario questions wouldn't even relate to the job duties.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I got an initial email to schedule a phone interview, which was followed up by a questionnaire. After setting a time and answering the questions, I was called by an HR member. This interview lasted around 20 minutes and focused on the questionnaire answers. From there, I was contacted via email again to set up a second interview with the lead of finance team, lasting around 30 minutes. The questions were pretty standard and the interviewers were all very nice.

Question 1
There really were no difficult questions; all of them were pretty standard questions that you could find on a google search.
