The interview process was pretty simple. I submitted an application online then I heard back about a week later to take a pretty basic test. I was then called in to have a face to face interview. I heard back about a day later with an offer. After the offer I was in training for a couple months then

Interview
Pretty standard interview. Received a call the next day with the offer. You have to go through the drug test and background screening as well. It was a fairly smooth process.

Interview
You will get a phone interview with HR, then if you get through that, you will get an in person interview with HR rep and district manager, after that, an interview with Branch Manager and Service Manager (maybe District Manager as well). Then the final interview is with the Area President. If you do this in Idaho, the Area President is really nice, Her name is Toni, and she was definitely the one I liked the most.
