I naturally care about people and want to support their goals and needs. That being said, I want to be firm and empowering to my community. Be completely forthcoming and direct with them that I have a low tolerance for general to blatant disregard of others and frequent to excessive tardiness, or apathy towards the work, position, or support we as a team provide our future AAU Student and/or Community Member. Future goal and ultimately—hindsight: Wanting to climb the career ladder and having to ultimately let go of the micro community that I have come to know as my second home for the past 2-3 years. Less
