The interview process moved relatively quickly, with meetings scheduled with both the recruiter and hiring manager within a two-week window. The questions were standard and focused primarily on my professional background.
However, the experience felt somewhat disorganized. It was apparent during the conversations that the interviewers were not familiar with my resume beforehand. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding compensation; while the team was unable to provide a salary range for the role, they were firm in requesting my expected salary.
Fairly easy and simple. You must prepare from the job description and basic behavioural questions. Background in automotive industry will be a big assistance in getting a job here. There is room for growth.
