Skype based interview - Breif introdction lightly skipping over who attendees are and what they do straight into very structured questions. Lasted 45 minutes before further details of the role are very quickly discussed. Certainly not the easiest way / process and could have been easier in person. The Skype format really did not allow for any type of rapport to be built mainly due to the lack of visability of the interviewers.
