I don't think they know what they are looking for based on their line of questioning. The project itself was a 3 step process. This position would not even be necessary if they actually hired fully bilingual certified Math teachers or if they invested in training all of their tutors in best practices for ELLs. I know a few excellent Math teachers who are bilingual but I wouldn't recommend them to invest their time interviewing for them.

I think that the company has a great mission, but they need to value everyone even if they are not employees. They also need to respect people and recognize that their hard work is worth much more than a generic automated email. Less
