Interview
After the psychometric tests, I was invited to complete a phone interview which was pretty straight forward, after which I was invited to a technical interview on skype. They give you a case study and ask you questions about control system principles and how you would integrate them in this particular scenario.

Case study about a temperature controlled closed system. They asked about control system principles of how to make the system more efficient, the potential costs, and just analyse how you process information.
