I talk to my staff asking them what they see is the need for change and their suggestion for the change. I take it under advisement, and when a decision is made, ask them to please give the change a chance to work before dismissing it. I have found that this works well, and allows the changes a fighting chance to work. If they don't work, at least they had a fair opportunity to work before being discarded. Less

I am a bit of a workaholic. I don't have a clock in my head, and will work late into the night if left to my own devices. I also do not know when to stop once I am buried in a project. I need my staff to tell me when it is quitting time or when to stop, or I may work them to death. Less
