Even if it is not your most challenging project, make sure you describe your obstacle(s) and the successful outcome clearly and enthusiastically.
Question No. 2: In your current role, what steps do you take to avoid making mistakes?
How to answer: Whether you have a formal process or not, list any specific measures you employ (i.e. digital tools, consulting with colleagues, etc.). Make sure your answer demonstrates a commitment to quality control, efficiency and safety.
Question No. 3: Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult client or stakeholder.
How to answer: This one also requires a specific example that demonstrates patience and good judgment. An employer is looking for evidence that you are able to confidently and calmly stand by your decisions. Share an example with a positive outcome.

just some more info while we all wait(i know this process is painful- ive been through it a few times without good luck, unfortunately) June 13th is the tentative start date for ALL examiners for this round of hiring so that should tell you a lot. i just heard this today and apparently the Supervisors are apparently suppose to turn in their lists by tomorrow so calls/emails obviously follow after that is done. We might hear something later since the start date would be further down the road. i'll keep updating if i find out more or hear back from them. btw, the chemicals and computers i think hear back first and the electrical and mechanicals may hear back later as their interviews were conducted in that order. I applied for EE position and just received notification that I have been selected. Last name starts with "C" and interviewed on April 13th. It seems that the selections for EE and Comp Science will begin to be sent today. It may take until Friday for HR to finish sending all decisions to the applicants. I neither declined nor accepted the offer, as I have not heard back from USPTO. Hope to go back into the review and change that setting on the post. I understand the 10 week cycle and the expectation of getting back to candidates within two weeks, but I was specifically told otherwise for this round. And I would accept this job if I'm selected. Not quite. The volume of the water is not the same as the weight of the elephant. You'd have to estimate the density of an elephant and multiply that by the volume of the water to get the mass, then multiply that by the acceleration due to gravity in water system (SI, English Customary, etc.) you're using. Luckily, mammals are mostly water (humans are around 70% water on average), so about 2/3 of the weight of the elephant would be equivalent to the weight of the water displaced. So you would have to estimate how dense the rest of the elephant is (since it'd be minerals and such, I'd say it's more dense than water) and follow the steps described above. Less

If you don't speak a word you will be asked to conclude which means you don't have any chance for further shortlisting For final round just concentrate on your final year project and technologies which you have mentioned in your CV .
