Don't worry to much about not hearing back yet...sometimes they want more than one employee and they are deciding whom will be meeting with the Director of the college for a second interview or even more possible is that they are still waiting for the background check from the HR dept. Worse case scenario is that they are going with a different person and as usual don't have the professional consideration to call everyone back or email and at least say thanks but no thanks. I worked for this school for many years. Less
