I told that in future I would like to open my CRO after gaining some experience. I told what I had planned. I didn't want to lie that I would stick in their organization forever. To the second question I told about my current company condition about no future growth and since two months they were not paying salary bcoz of which 80% staff already left. They knew that as previous month a manager from our company had joined theirs. But they told they didn't buy my answer and if I join there organization I will not get that much chance to grow also!!!, to which I don't know what to tell. Because if an hiring manager will talk like that then what can a jobseeker say. There were many other baseless questions he asked but I can't describe all. Technical part was good and I liked that.
My roles & responsibilities are Clinical data management data processing I participate in first 2 phases i.e. setup phase and conduct phase In setup phase-i participate in crf design and crf development with incompliance with crf completion guidelines Participates in data validation and edit checks I do data upgrading In conduct phase I perform data entry and update I participate in 3rd party vendor data, SAE data reconciliation and Query management with Team lead etc. These few are my responsibilities which i have. 2Q: At current company is also good but limited project so i want to work in challenging area which gives more work and new challenges, I have life science graduate and good experience in pharma healthcare domain and i have skills which are required to this job so i am expecting an opportunity in your organization.
