My answer was "I have no idea what the other candidates you’re considering might be able to do. My guess is you’re looking at some top people, but let me tell you what I can do for you and why I think I have a unique set of qualifications that I hope would make me the best candidate for this position"
Said my Exp, CTC, expected, notice period, In HR who called me and asked the same questions in the call and In the technical round also the same questions. And the twist is technical round is taken by a HR, I hope its not a technical round. It is practice round to the HR might, they are giving Training to a Experienced person i.e HR
on my overall experience I find that the HR processes are not matured After all the interviews I was told that I was selected and was sent a salary breakup information and asked to share "all" my details After I have shared all my details, to my surprise, even after a weak or so I was not given any soft/hard copy of offer letter Even I have followed-up the HR coordinator and the HR for almost 4-5 weeks but no response from them To my surprise after a month or so I came to know from other sources that I was not selected in the interview. If that is the case then why I was not told the same during my initial days of interview process and why they have released the salary breakup information which created false expectations. In a nutshell I find that they do have HR processes and the HR's and their management are not transparent and do not maintain any integrity in communication.
