Company is looking for dependable and reliable people. The position handles the computer support for banks. So your going to have to prove a clean record. The only surprising question was the declaration that many of the employees were Christians and that their faith was important to them, the question was does this present a issue at all.

This wasn't a problem for me. I actually found that I went to church with another employee. I think they were just trying to find out if I had positive connections to the community. Less


Why do you believe that you are qualified to file this position; in what ways do you resolve customer conflicts with unforeseen delays in service?

I answered humbly and truthfully with the following statement: I believe I am as good as anyone that can troubleshoot, repair, install, and network equipment. However, I believe in making my customers feel as if they are the only ones in the room when I am there taking care of them. When I experience an unforeseen delay in scheduling, or have to unexpectedly change my work schedule. I tell the customer the least amount of details, in order to get them to understand that I have an other emergency that needs my immediate attention, to include offering them my sincerest apologies for the unforeseen situation.
