When he fould out that he was going to be 'penalized' by Medicare for not participating in Meaningful Use, we needed to re-evaluate his EHR usage and add functionality for him so that he could successfully attest and we needed to complete the re-evaluation, template design and implementation, and electronic prescribing so he could attest in 3 months.
