Used an example from previous experience, diffused situation by separating the employees, had a talk with each employee separately, heard each one out, presented pros & cons of how they went about with the other employee, asked each if they would be okay to meet with other, then had each state how they felt about the situation & come to mutual agreement in how the behavior of each affected the other & to start anew. I have a vast array of experience with floor care. Because there is a number of floor types the most common type is VCT tile for larger buildings and is probably the most cost efficient. I understand the process for stripping and refinishing floors along ensuring the corners and edges are properly maintained. Less
