Hey I had interview on July 5th and my status still says in review on the website. I am in Thunder Bay as well - any advice? I have tried emailing but no response. I even went as far as applying to a relocation position and they closed it the next day with an email stating prioritizing local residents. I am curious because I am still in review for my eligible positions and they responded quickly to the positions I was ineligible for (applied to relocation AFTER i was interviewed for thunder bay position) Less

Yes the customer is always right. One should do whatever they can to please the customer because they are why we're here. Less

Absolutely Not! 99.9% of the time the customer is wrong. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and they are always wrong and agreeing does nothing for your business as they will come back with the same wrong answers saying last time you let it go and they will take advantage of your business. Best thing to do is get rid of them as there is always another customer to take their place and they may be better Less
