because they wanted to know that how long the applicant can speak so they gave a particular topic where i spoke approx two minutes in English,they gave woman improvement

I gave her the introductions that included my experience of 6YEARS in voice industry which included some more reputed companies then cvent. Masters in history hons. Degree and efficiency in handling python c mis office ( for some reason they mentioned they preferred a tech bg for GSA voice profileso why not )I was literally 1billion times overqualified for this job. After roughly 9 mins of "hr interview" the hr Nepali fat lady ( no offense am just giving this description so that if u see her JUST LEAVE. you can save a ton of your time in life.) avoided due contact roughly 30 sec or so and said "am sorry we cannot hire you reason being...uhhhh( x2.5 sec of thinking) your speaking skills isn't up to the mark.you need to roll your r and open your mouth."( Just to let u know these are common rejecting ground by hr .also the way she spoke for 4 mins or so you could make an idea that she wasn't probably an MBA.as hr mba interview .one of the first things you are taught is maintain eye contact while speaking etc.not interrupt etc .

Even they don't know why they ask this? But they pretend it is important.
