First question is usually: Tell us about yourself..... keep this to 30 seconds. They already have your resume! Why are you applying for this position? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Then I was shown a picture of a park situation and was told to describe what was going on at a retail store there.

Phrases to avoid..... do not ever say that you see the job you are applying for as a "stepping stone" to your next position (even though it is). My experience with Disney was that they wanted Cast Members who were happy with mediocrity as far as their position in life. Too much ambition is discouraged there. Interview like you are a Socialist/Communist pretty much. Always use the Disney lingo to exemplify that you understand and have embraced the Disney culture.....words like: Cast Members, not Employees, for example. Less
