I was interviewed for about an hour. The questions were all about rules, regulations, mantaining confidentiality, and so on. Also, there were some supplemental questions about mantaining temperature of the food and sanitation.

Can't remember a question, what was repeated over and over was "Take care of FSI and FSI will take care of you"

Not really applicable, all of the questions are difficult. The questions are based around issues you will have to deal with in the job, for example how did you use you powers of persuasion to influence a situation? The interview section is comparatively easy compared to other sections of the assessment day

You need to talk about reflection in your answers - HSE is very interested in how you learnt from the experiences you talked about in the questions that you are asked Do not talk about health and safety.... It is not an ability based interview - if you are successful you will get excellent training in health and safety Less
