In the first interview I was told to describe myself and who I am. At the second interview they asked if they had my most current resume. I reminded the same interviewer I had from the first interview that they did in fact have my most recent resume and that I was unemployed for most of 2020 due to the pandemic to which the reviewer responded “Oh, I remember you now!” That didn’t make me feel confident that they even knew which interviewee they were talking to.

What was your most memorable sales moment in your lifetime, and why?

Tell me how you would financially carry yourself / your family, while in training?

1 Answers

I wish the managerial people I conversationally engaged with at the get-go would have asked me this one. I would have probably not completed training had I been asked it, however. Every man or woman who would aspire to be a BPG branded home inspector SHOULD ask this of themselves before signing on the contractual labor agreement line. Less

Do you have connections or friends in your local real estate market to whom you could market yourself as a capable pre-purchase home inspector? (If no, then are you confident enough to make those friends and connections?)

1 Answers

This is the question during my training year - 2014 - that ran through everything I did while training. No one ever explicitly expressed the very important question in words, but it was an implied question. I was excited to be trying something new that I thought would lead to existential and worklife bliss, and so in my optimism and christ-influenced sense of hope and destiny, I assumed I would get the connections in time. While you train under a lead inspector, U get introduced to the real estate agents they are requested by, and those social introductions can later prove to be economically fruitful. But be careful - there is no room or excuse for marketing yourself to your trainer's in -pocket customer. Less

This question led me to believe I may have to do some construction work, when in fact, home inspectors for All Natural Pest Elimination in Medford, Or. are only required to have a good amount of understanding about house construction through past experience to aid in their home inspections and pest service sales abilities.
