I answered all of three with examples and rather was considered as HR and content writter, but choose to be in HR helping content and social media department.
Human Resource Management is all about dealing with Human beings/ People in your Organisation. And of course HR has to deal with them very calmly and carefully as they have to deal with employees emotions and their problems. I mostly love to handle Employee relation and grievances, where i can directly in contact with my employees. It then includes normal process which all company does like recruitment, payroll, training, retention, appraisals,Insurance, PF and Exit. In recruitment- Recruiting right person on right job is very important and that should be strategy of every HR and the Co (which means skills required for the job should not be compromised) for long term relationship with that employee. I mostly believe in retaining the employees than hire and fire strategy. Salary- Salary offered to employee while their recruitment should be as per company and market standard. PF and Insurance are the part of CTC, and should be explained properly to the employee while interviewing them. Thanks.
I have worked at NYFIX, NYSET and ULLINK He was a product manager for a NYFIX FIX trading product set and moved into operations into management. What I can say is that he is comfortable working in Chaos and it has help rebuild airplanes (companies) while at 50,000 feet – successfully I was the key person that executed on the plans to build the 24X7X365 customer service, technical services, QA out of Manila. I want to point out that plans are great but it was his ability to adjust in the “theater of war” as I like to call it that made us successful. One other major factor that I found, is that since I have chosen the single life he makes my career (assignment) “his child” and will work around the clock to make sure it is successful.
