Interview process was informative, timely and very organized. Had the initial phone interview with a recruiter, then another phone interview with one of the hiring manager for the job title. Afterwards within a week received a callback for an onsite interview with 5 employees relating to the job position. Received offer within 2 days after onsite interview.

Interview
I went through multiple interviews with the iCIMS team. First was a general HR interview, then I went onto three more technical interviews with members of the security team. The whole process was all about learning about the company, how they operate and was really more about getting to know if I would be a good fit for the job based on things like drive, passion, and previous experience. I was asked maybe one or two "technical" questions over the whole process.
