Phone screen with recruiter, interviewed with two supervisors, then interviewed with head of case management, and a third interview with the head of case management and a staff member in the department to discuss the day-to-day. Spent the last six weeks going through all of this and got tons of positive feedback, only to find out they are "looking into making changes to the position" and they aren't going to make an offer. The biggest waste of the last six weeks of my life.
