I analyzed the situation with the first problem (employee could have been in the bathroom for different reasons), but the manager informed me that the employee would be trying to avoid their closing duties. I provided the best answer as this was a simple problem of disciplinary procedures for an insubordinate employee and how would I still get my job done. They threw a curve ball into the question (what if the employee was of the opposite gender), but I still answered quick and appropriately on what I would do. As for the second question, I answered that I wouldn't have a problem with taking on more duties to get the job done. Less

I believe it is half & half. My background is primarily in front of house operations, marketing, entrepreneurship and general business management. That being said, I am more than willing to spend the personal time necessary to be successful in areas where I am currently weak. Less
