If I am successful today, the first thing I plan to do is get competent in the role as soon as possible. Once I am trained up in the role to a good standard, I would like to consolidate my skills and become experienced within the team. It is very important to me to be accepted and respected by my work colleagues and peers and I also want to do well in my appraisals. I will also be willing to help train up other in similar role due to the length of time l have been in the position and the experience I have gained. If the opportunity presents itself for me to progress within the organisation, that would be amazing. All in all, I plan to stay with the company long-term if I am successful at interview.” Less
