This is actually a rather important question. Should always have a question that ties in with who you are and what the firm stands for and should try to spin their answer into connecting with your passions or interests.
i interviewed also in new jersey. when did you receive an offer. i havent heard anything
Hey Jane, I got a call from HR last Thursday, Dec. 3. Good luck!!
I will introduce myself in the language they are comfortable since I am bi-lingual, assess the member with their permission and communicate with them to the level that they will understand. I will educate the member for wellness and their health according to their level of education. I was interrupted by the NP manager that my answer was not high level nursing. She said I should be educating member about hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, PVD, etc. I totally disagreed because most of these patients does not understand complicated terminologist like hypertension so much more diabetic retinopathies. Patient should be educated according to their level of understanding. I was offered the job but i turned it down because I don't want to be working with this kind of manager especially that i have other offers.
Hi. People in this company are intimidated by candidates who know better patients. I was interviewed but did not get the offer. And i am thankful about that after hearing stories about them.
When you meet Managers like that, you better run as fast as you can because you will never be correct with them. They will just dictate you to whatever they wanted you to be and no autonomy. I can't believe Clover is hiring managers like that representing their organization. Very Bad representation
