Be careful this is somewhat of a trick question. IBM reps and in some cases customers are very accustomed to discounts of 40-60% off ridiculously inflated list prices and cannot sell if they only get 20% off even if the net price is the same. At the same time, finance is king (development is queen) and negative GP is, in most cases not an option unless you get major approvals and it's a critical win. Less
